Who sends the DMCA notice?

Teker does, in your name. Shield finds the match, records the evidence and drafts the notice; a reviewer checks it, and we send it as your authorised agent under the written authority you give us once. Every notice and every reply is in your account.

Do I have to start every scan?

No. Shield scans every profile on its own — once a day on every paid plan, once a week on the free plan — and tells you only when it finds something new. You can also start a scan from your dashboard whenever your plan allows; that one includes reverse image search.

What counts as a profile?

One creator identity: the stage name you work under, with every username it uses on each platform, its keywords and its reference photos. If you work under several stage names, each one is a profile.

Do you need my account passwords?

No. Shield works from public search and the details you give us. We never ask for a password.

How is evidence kept?

Each capture is a full-page screenshot and the raw HTML, both hashed with SHA-256 the moment they are taken, so there is a fixed record of what was posted and when. Evidence stays while a notice or an open case needs it, and is deleted after 90 days otherwise.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Without a subscription you can protect one profile: Shield scans it on its own once a week on the free sources, and you can start one scan a week yourself — no card. The free leak check on this site needs no account at all.

How do I pay?

Teker Shield is in a private pilot. Once you are onboarded we invoice you directly, and you pay by bank transfer or another method agreed in writing. There is no checkout and no card on file, and we never ask for card details on this site.

Are the prices with or without VAT?

Without. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Customers in Belgium pay 21% Belgian VAT on top — $139 a month becomes $168.19. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number pay no VAT here: it is reverse-charged, and they account for it in their own country. Private customers elsewhere in the EU pay the VAT that applies to them, and customers outside the EU pay none. Your invoice states the VAT that applies.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Move up or down whenever you need to; the new plan applies from your next billing period.
